Delta Polls: Ken Pela Storms Uvwie, Calls For Repeat Of Massive Votes To Deliver Delta From Cabals

FEW days to state assembly and governorship elections, the candidate of Labour Party, LP, in Delta State, Deacon Ken Pela has called on Deltans to turn out in their number and cast their votes for the party and take back the dream Delta from the cabals that have held the state for over two decades.

Pela who made this call at John F Kennedy in Uvwie during at campaign rally said, “March 11, is another date of history when we will take back the Delta of our dreams from these cabal that held it in bondage for 24 years.
“The other political parties are going around with the scripts of tricking us again because of their desperation to rule.
Ken Pela who was flanked by the Delta state chairman of Labour Party, Tony Ezeagu and Prof Pat Utomi who represented Peter Obi and party faithful said, “Those who do not understand how God works are always confused, they did not not understand how the party without structure came together and deserved the massive victory on February 25, election.
“They did not realize what was happening until they brought the ballot boxes and saw that we are winning and for the first time in 24 years, after how many years of elections cycle, the opposition in Delta state was able to thrash the ruling party.
“I want to appreciates you all for standing with us, because we know for the past 9 months, you have all used your time, talent, treasures, resources, sweat and blood to work for the good of this party, believing that God has sent a man to deliver this country and state.
“They are going around sharing the narratives that, PDP is finish and they want to hand over to APC, but they did not realized that, we understand their tricks.
“Anyone that come from that two political parties will make us worse and the only alternative that we have to push them away is the Labour Party.
“They coming to beg the party which they said have no structure, and appropriate them as their own but my advice to them is that Obidient is an ideology whose time has come.
“I want all true Obidient to turnout on March 11, to deliver Delta state for Dr. Mrs. Omawumi Jemide-Lawal, 75, who died on her way in auto crash from Warri to Asaba to attend the inauguration ceremony of Labour Party.”
